About Crownline Chimney Sweep: The Local Chimney Company Arlington Homeowners Trust

Our Story

Crownline Chimney Sweep started with a simple complaint we heard over and over from Arlington homeowners: "I called a chimney sweep and I'm not sure who actually showed up." The map was full of lead sites with rented suite numbers, and the forums were full of people who paid $400 or $500 and still did not know what was done. We decided the best chimney company in Arlington should be the one that is actually in Arlington, shows its work, and charges what it said it would.

So we set up at 700 Highlander Blvd, next to the Parks Mall, with a crew that has spent more than 20 years inside Arlington chimneys. That crew has seen the 1950s brick chimneys around Old Arlington and UTA, the 1970s and 80s ranch homes in Dalworthington Gardens and Pantego, and the factory-built fireplaces with metal chase covers across Southwest Arlington. They know which ones crack in a Texas summer, which ones leak in a spring storm, and which ones just need a good sweep.

What We Promise on Every Visit

• A written price before any work. You approve it first. Nothing gets added to the invoice.
• Photos of everything we find. Camera up the flue, crown, cap, flashing, damper and firebox. You see what we see.
• Honest repair advice. What is urgent, what can wait, and what it costs. If something can wait, we say so.
• A clean house when we leave. Drop cloths, HEPA vacuum, shoe covers.
• Fair pricing for Arlington residents, with 10% off for seniors, veterans and first responders, and price matching on written quotes.

Insured, Bonded and Local

Crownline Chimney Sweep is insured and bonded, and we are happy to send the paperwork before your appointment. We are not a chain and not a call center. When you call (817) 505-4222, a local person answers, gives you an exact appointment window, and texts you when the technician is on the way. We are open every day, 7 AM to 10 PM.

What We Do

Everything from a yearly chimney sweep and cleaning and a camera chimney inspection to chimney repair, caps, liners, crowns, flashing, masonry and full rebuilds. On the fireplace side: fireplace repair, gas fireplace repair, gas logs, inserts and wood stoves. We also clean dryer vents and gutters while we are on the roof.
